Investigating & Collecting Evidence
We will begin to gather witness statements, conduct an accident investigation and reconstruction, gather photographs, interview police officers, review police reports, and collect any other data necessary. We will then collect your health care records, reports, and medical bills. The goal is to build as strong of a case as possible.
Negotiating Your Case
After gathering all possible information, we will present this evidence to the insurance company to prove to them your medical costs, property loss, wage loss, and any other expenses caused by the negligent party. We will use this as a strong starting point in negotiating with the insurance companies. Once we receive a settlement offer, we work closely with our clients to get their input before counter offering.
Filing a Lawsuit
If together we decide that the insurance company’s offer is not fair, and they are not willing to further negotiate, then with your permission it is time to file a lawsuit. At this time, we may collectively decide to resolve your case through arbitration or mediation. If this does not yield a satisfactory outcome, then we will prepare your case for trial before a jury. Don’t worry, we will prepare you for each and every step.
